Our Chanel experience was grand to say the least! We visited the store to get a beautiful gift for my amazing wife! The staff from the two doormen to Terry from the corporate office and our salesman Owen were all outstanding. They were extremely professional, personable, and helpful making our purchase. Highly recommend for exceptional accessories!!

The Atelier has since closed so I came here for fragrance. They have a great selection, including the Paris one I never knew existed. I didn’t get her name, but the sales associate who helped me identify a fragrance was very nice. It’s not quite the Atelier but I’d definitely come here again!

So I’m a regular at many high end stores. Louis Vuitton, Prada, Rick Owens, Gap, Versace, Dior. But I swore I’d never go to Chanel. However, I was dragged there by my friend Lionel, and when we went, I was underwhelmed with the selection. Until I met Sebastian. He was so kind and sweet and taught me so much about the brand and its history. Now I only shop at Chanel. Great brand. Great man!

I went to this store for the first time ever and I was really impressed by the attention at the entrence and all the way to my purchase. Rosemary was extremely helpful and helping me select what I wanted and even gave me a glass of wine and 2 bottles of water plus some free perfume samples!! All a great experience and yes definitely recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience at the Chanel 57th Street Boutique in New York City was absolutely exceptional and one I will never forget. I was visiting as part of my birthday celebration weekend, and Whitney provided outstanding service from beginning to end. She was warm, knowledgeable, patient, and truly made me feel valued as a client. Her attention to detail and commitment to creating a personalized experience made my visit incredibly special. I would also like to recognize the boutique manager, whose name I unfortunately do not remember. After learning I was celebrating my birthday, he went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. He surprised me with a beautiful Chanel gift bag filled with Chanel products and had champagne brought over for my friends and me so we could toast to my birthday. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that truly touched my heart. The level of hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the entire team was remarkable. What started as a shopping trip became one of the most memorable parts of my birthday celebration. Every detail reflected the luxury, elegance, and customer experience that Chanel represents. I cannot thank Whitney, the manager, and the entire team enough for making me feel so celebrated. I will gladly recommend the Chanel 57th Street Boutique to family, friends, and colleagues, and any future Chanel purchases I make will be through this boutique. I had a wonderful experience at the Chanel Fifth Avenue boutique. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, elegant, and well-organized. My sales associate, Yvonne, was absolutely lovely to work with — professional, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed. Shopping at Chanel can sometimes feel intimidating, but Yvonne made it feel effortless and special. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor truly elevated the visit. Visited the Chanel Fifth Avenue boutique recently and once again had a great experience. This is the third Chanel piece I’ve purchased for my wife, and each visit has been consistently positive. I was assisted by Yvonne, who was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, making the experience smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions and offered thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. Buying a gift — especially something meaningful — can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Yvonne made it easy and enjoyable. Her professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. Highly recommend this location, and definitely ask for Yvonne if you visit.
